LIFETIME WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship, provided that the consumer purchased the product from Fresh ‘N Salt. This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser as long as you own your Pole Caddy. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your Pole Caddy to another owner. Fresh ‘N Salt will repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not apply to any Pole Caddy that has been subject to misuse, improper installation (user of Pole Caddy is required to tether the device to their vehicle), accident, natural disaster, or has been altered. Pole Caddy may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages or expenses caused by any defective product. We strongly recommend that you tether the Pole Caddy to your vehicle.
